I invest my own capital, as an operator rather than a fund. That means fewer deals, longer horizons, and a preference for businesses I can genuinely help with.

Focus areas. Software and SaaS, e-commerce and consumer brands, property and hospitality services, and marketplaces — the same categories I have built and operated in.

What I look for. Founders who ship, a real customer paying a real price, honest unit economics, and patience. I would rather back a durable business compounding for a decade than a story built for the next round.
